My main opening hours are between Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 4:30pm but I always provide emergency contact numbers for clients travelling, should they need assistance outside of these hours.

All package holidays come with financial protection. This means that, in the unlikely event I or any of our suppliers stop trading and your holiday gets cancelled, you’ll receive a refund or be brought home safely if you're already on holiday.

Where all flight-inclusive packages are fully ATOL bonded, as a disclosed agent under Hemisphere Travel Group, I also offer TTA financial protection, which covers both flight and non-flight based package holidays, such as rail, cruise, or self-drive transport.
